Does FGX provide service to both individuals and businesses?
We can ship TO an individual as long as the package ORIGINATED at and is being shipped FROM a legitimate business address in the New York metro area.
If my business is shipping from a location outside of the New York metropolitan area, can I still ship with FGX?
We primarily ship from New York to any given international destination but expansion is a part of our plan! Learn more by sending an e-mail to sales@fgx.com.
Does FGX ship domestically?
There are certain lane segments that FGX services domestically, we usually offer premium domestic shipping in such cases. If you would like to inquire about premium domestic shipping, please send an e-mail to sales@fgx.com.

How do I know if my shipment was processed online?
Once you have pressed the ‘Print AWB’ button, it creates a copy of your air waybill and the online submission becomes processed as well.
