Valentine’s Day at First Global Xpress
Our office is all decked-out with cupid-inspired hearts. It’s no wonder I got sentimental and visited my co-workers at their desks today. People are encouraged to share opinions around here, but I felt there was one question that remained unanswered… So tell me teammates
What do you love about FGX?
Humberto Negron: “What I like best is the cooperative work environment here. Everyone’s down to pitch in and get the job done. I’m also happy about the goals of the company. I think it’s great that we’re committed to saving people money (always a good thing) and we’re working towards being as environmentally responsible as we can in the process.”
Eduard “Teddy” Michaud: “I’m happy about the people I work with here. We have some great thinkers and definitely some great personalities;-) We’re all strong in different areas and I love how much we’re able to learn from each other. Also, there’s a keen sense of accomplishment I enjoy when the Team successfully completes a big project.”
A. Habba: “My degree is related to international commerce so I truly enjoy the worldliness of this business. I’m also quite fond of my Team because they’re always working to improve communication company-wide. My favorite thing about FGX is the flexibility of the proprietors. They know everyone works differently and they encourage us to work in the way that suits ourselves AND the company best.”
Robert Eldridge: “Two things I like about FGX- I enjoy the generally positive environment and increasing sense of teamwork. People aren’t watching the clock all day waiting to get out of the office as could be the case in some jobs. People are willing to do what is necessary to get the job done. Secondly; FGX is poised for great growth and change. It’s so refreshing working with a group that’s wide-open to new ideas and the pursuit of overall success.”

They certainly answered my question! There’s an air of positivity around here. Good people with with a common purpose; the basis of any strong business. I love the idea that I’m part of a flexible, yet goal-oriented team and I hope you love the idea of a strong, cohesive group handling your international shipping.
Happy Valentine’s Day!
xoxo,
Chevon
