FGX makes it easy for me to ship internationally; their customer service has been really helpful every time I’ve called.  I found it easy to use the online shipping feature, especially since customer service helps me take care of any documentation to be attached to the package.

I called for a quote for shipping some time sensitive brochures to a special client.  The customer service team spent 30 minutes answering all of my questions about procedure, pricing and expected delivery time.  It really was a big help and all of the materials got there exactly when they needed to be.
