How to ship
- Type www.ship.fgx.com
- Enter your User ID and Password
- To book a shipment click the Courier Bookings tab (located in the upper right hand of your screen)
- For an outbound shipment, click Create Consignment (located in the upper right hand of your screen)
- Enter pertinent address details. Try to fill in every field if possible.
- If you have shipped to this location before, saved address details can be found in the “get from my address book” link
- If you received a quote number prior to shipping, you may enter that near the bottom left.
- You may also choose to send a pre-alert to the any email address of your choosing by entering that email address into the provided and checking the box at the bottom.
- Be sure to accept our terms and conditions, then click submit.
- You will then be brought to the confirmation screen. You do not need to book a collection as we have already been notified.
